Allan Draper

Allan Draper is a lawyer, a bug guy, and the guy who almost got this wrong himself.

He's built and scaled multiple companies, including a multi-million dollar pest control operation, while spending years quietly studying the real laws of wealth. The kind nobody taught him growing up. The kind that don't get talked about on Instagram.

On The Wealth Code, Allan brings the calm, grounded version of money advice. No hype. No gurus. No "six-figure month" screenshots. Just the timeless principles that actually build wealth, taught in plain language by someone who's lived both sides of it.

If you've ever earned good money and still felt behind, this show is for you.

Brian Bressler

Brian Bressler is part of the generation that decided not to wait.

In his twenties, he's already building two things at once. A career in insurance and financial advising, and his own networking community in the Valley called The Closing Table, where real estate professionals, investors, and operators come together to build relationships that actually go somewhere.

He's the kind of guy Allan talks about when he says wealth doesn't care how old you are. It cares whether you start.

Brian joins The Wealth Code to talk about what it actually looks like to bet on yourself in your twenties, the lessons you only learn by doing, and what young people get right (and wrong) about building real wealth early.

Erik Caballero & Arrow Duplain

Erik Caballero started OX Plumbing with a van and an exam he failed seven times before he passed it on the eighth. His phone rang about ten times in his first six months, so he knocked doors. For three years it was just him. The work eventually came. The clarity did not. Money came in, money went out, and he ran the whole company off the balance in his bank account.

Erik and Arrow, the guy he brought in to handle the numbers, tell that story straight. Arrow describes what he walked into: one revenue account, one credit card, some personal expenses mixed in, and a profit check that came down to whether anything was left after the card got paid. Then Erik describes what it feels like now that the statements are real. He can price the work. He can buy a truck. He can hire. They're getting a shop.
